Thanks to Forest and Bird for sponsoring the awards at the annual Ashburton Society or Arts awards last night at the Ashburton art gallery. I was delighted to be awarded the Flora and Fauna prize for my tondo “Harakeke Porthole’ 70cms diameter acrylic on canvas. Judged by Min Kim I was very grateful to be recognised at this lovely art show. The show is on for the next couple of weeks and all artworks are for sale.
